In the last week our sweet little girl has truly emerged into an adventurous, energetic, mischievous, and daring toddler. Our days of play time in the living room floor, peaceful meal times, and long naps have disappeared! And by long naps disappearing....I mean she is not napping at all during the day and is waking up by 5 every morning! Do I even need to tell you that we are exhausted!! :) We do love her though! Here are a few pictures from the past few days....
Maddie has started climbing all the furniture. The dining room chairs are her favorite because she can look out the window at Cody.
We've been spending a good bit of time outside and she LOVES to play with her car. She would much rather push it than ride in it. She likes to be in control!
Yesterday she learned how to climb the ladder to her slide so now she can slide all by herself!

She has also learned how to open the door to my tupperware cabinet which has a "child safety lock"....she's a smart one.

Yes, we do have our hands full with our little Maddie but we love her so much. She keeps us on our toes and in the midst of the chaos she reminds us just how precious life can be.
