If you were ever to attend a family gathering with the Marine family you would know that Di's Mac and Cheese is a must have! Aunt Di started making her famous Mac & Cheese years ago and I fell in love with it instantly. This dish has been my favorite food ever since then. During my picky-eating stage this is the only thing I would eat at our gatherings. Aunt Di gave me the recipe almost two years ago right after Josh and I got married. I can remember her telling me she always made this dish with love and now I could do the same for my family. Even though I've had the recipe for almost two years, I tried it for the first time last night. I think I was worried I would not be able to live up to Di's good cooking and mess up the recipe! Lol, I'm laughing at myself as I write this but it's the truth! Anyways, I gave it a shot and it actually turned out quite well! It was so nice to be able to share a dish with my family that was such a big part of my childhood! So...here are a few pictures to share......
