This past week Heather and her two children, Pyper and Levi, came to visit. We had so much fun spending time with them! Pyper wasn't too excited about having her picture taken but I did happen to get a couple of Levi....he's so cute!! It was so cute to see him playing with Maddie! :)

Last week Maddie spent her first few days at daycare! I wasn't sure how well Josh and I would handle it. Luckily, I have been able to stay home with her for the past four months and it has been so nice. As we knew she would, Maddie did really well and maybe all of our fears about leaving our child with people outside of our close circle of family and friends have passed...at least for now :) Below are few pictures from her first day at daycare.....

Every day I have picked Maddie up from daycare she has fallen asleep within five minutes of getting in the car to come home. From what her teachers tell us she plays the whole time and can't hardly keep her eyes off all the other babies playing around the room. She is definitely exhausted when she leaves and usually sleeps in her car seat for at least an hour once we get home :)

This weekend we had another big event!!! Josh and I traveled to Point Clear, AL for a nice vacation at The Grand Resort which is absolutely beautiful and perfect for family vacations. Maddie got to stay with Nana and Pop for a couple of days....Josh and I found it really strange that we had no idea what to do without our little one around. We had a lot of fun but were really happy to come home and hug little Maddie. This picture was taken right after our sweet reunion!!!

These pictures were so cute I had to post them....Maddie has started putting EVERYTHING in her mouth. We have so much fun watching her explore everything around her. A few nights ago Josh was able to snap the picture above of Maddie trying to put her bottle and her hand in her mouth at the same time...hilarious!!!!
