Today was a very special day for our family. Maddie's christening was held at our church, Alexander City First Methodist, this morning and we had lots of friends and family join in this wonderful celebration!

Aunt Sandra made this beautiful christening gown for Maddie. This dress is probably one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I know a great deal of time and effort went in to making this dress and we are so appreciative. There is no way a picture can show how beautiful it really is but I hope to post a few pictures of just the dress very soon!!

Wild West Day!

Each year my Aunt Sandra and Uncle Tony host "Wild West Day" at their beautiful home in Gordo, AL. This year Maddie was able to take part in all the fun and visit with some of our family!

I promise our house is not messy! Maddie turned over the laundry basket and went to throwing her clothes all over the living room floor! Such a big helper already!
